For pupils to develop their teamwork skills, our School regularly places them in real-life situations. Teamwork can be a tricky exercise, depending on the age and profiles of the pupils concerned.

It is not easy for everybody to work as part of a group. It takes skills that are acquired over time. At Moser Schools, pupils learn to collaborate in their own time. Step by step, they discover how to behave and react to different situations, and deal with the positions of other parties. They are taught how to contribute to a group, be aware of the contribution of others, discover the benefits of working in a group and finally work together.

Learning to share knowledge

Our School helps pupils develop team skills through regular role play and also by giving them tools they need to develop these skills, such as a modular working environment ideally suited to group work.
